Customer data only gets saved on customer request. We do not request to create a user profile. All the details needed for bookings will get deleted once the services booked have been fulfilled and the customer has departed.

When a customer fills a contact form on one of our websites we receive an email with all the information you typed in the form, and from there on everything stays in the email correspondence. The contact form is stored in the web server for a short period of time and subsequently deleted.

The customer will always have access to the personal data, as it will appear in the email correspondence with Wintana Co, Ltd as specified in the paragraph above.
